Training

Fidelity Security Services training program far exceeds the training required by the State of California. Security officers are offered the opportunity to learn new skills and advance their ability to effectively perform their duties. In addition to the 72 hour qualifying training, our officers go through some or all of the following training as well: 

• Security Guard Qualifications
• Security Planning and Patrol Procedures
• Restraint, Handcuffing and Use-of-force Power to Arrest
• Crowd Control
• Workplace Violence
• Emergency Procedures and First Aid Training
• Client Relations
• Report Composition

Additionally, Fidelity Security Services supervisor and field managers are trained and are fully equipped to perform DAILY ON-SITE INSPECTIONS. This is just another way we make sure that our customers receive the protection they deserve.

Fidelity Security Services also takes pride in implementing policies and procedure to ensure that our officers are well-groomed everyday and uniforms are complete, clean and pressed.
